The role demands extensive supervision of subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and quality control.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial construction, AHCA healthcare experience, and proficiency with Procore and/or RedTeam.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• AHCA healthcare construction experience required.
• Ground-up construction experience required.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
