Job summary

BOND Building Construction, based in Boston, seeks an experienced leader to oversee total construction operations, uphold health and safety plans, and manage budgets and subcontractors. You will drive project execution with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and relationship management, with MS Office proficiency and a proven track record in construction management. Excellent collaboration with management is essential.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience in the Construction Industry.
• Requires exceptional leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive working relationships.
• Builder’s License and Construction Supervisor credentials.
• Possesses extensive knowledge of the Owner Contract, drawings, subcontractor agreements, scope and risk management mitigation.
• Demonstrates scheduling and project planning expertise.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

• Provide input and assistance with pre-job planning, strategizing and conceptual scheduling.
• Mentor subordinates and promote team atmosphere reflecting BOND’s values.

WHAT YOU BRING

• BS in engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience in the Construction Industry
• Requires exceptional leadership, interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive working relationships
• Builder’s License and Construction Supervisor credentials
• Possesses extensive knowledge of the Owner Contract, drawings, subcontractor agreements, scope and risk management mitigation
• Exhibits a thorough understanding of construction processes and best practices including issues such as complicated earth retention systems, foundations, support of adjacent structures and winter work
• Demonstrated experience with scheduling process and use of a project plan
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverables
• Must have a robust knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)

• The expected salary range for this role is $120,000 to $170,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
