Job Details
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Previous experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, schedules, and sequencing.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site activities.
- Experience managing project schedules and maintaining critical milestones.
- Strong knowledge of quality control and construction standards.
- Ability to identify and resolve field issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel locally throughout the Twin Cities as needed.
