As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing daily on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards for each project. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities for commercial projects ranging from $20 million to $40 million.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
• Monitor and enforce project schedules, ensuring the project remains on track and is completed on time.
