Fred Smith Company is currently searching for an experienced General Superintendent for our Public division. We are a heavy civil contractor working in the commercial site work, public infrastructure, and asphalt markets in North Carolina.
The General Superintendent is responsible for the efficient operations and effective coordination of all personnel, crews, and equipment for his/her team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience managing public roadway projects and grading operations.
Experience with self-perform excavation, storm drain, and paving is required.
