Job summary

A family-owned construction company in Milwaukee is seeking a Superintendent for Foundations to coordinate schedules and ensure safety during projects. The role requires 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, knowledge of structural concrete construction, and effective communication skills. • Ensure safety processes are completed, including JSAs and inspections.
• Attend client meetings and manage materials and tooling needs.
• Verify daily QA/QC and as-built documentation; review time and field reports.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and contribute to developing Foremen and trade staff.

What it takes
