A superintendent is primarily responsible for all daily job site related activity such as safety, cost, quality, and schedule. The ideal candidate should have multiple years of field experience in both ground up and renovation projects.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or several years of related construction field operations.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations, OSHA standards, and safety programs.
• Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and quality control.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities to address issues that may impact project schedules, budgets, or quality.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve on-site challenges.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and adhering to company values.
• Willingness to participate in continuous training and development to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
