Job summary

Rosendin Electric seeks a Superintendent-EPC to direct and coordinate field operations across TX projects. You will train and lead subcontractor teams, align staffing with project timelines, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with Project Manager and subs, overseeing material flow, and driving process standardization. Travel up to 100% is required, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in similar facility, construction technology, methods and equipment.
  • Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Meets with the Project Manager and subcontractors to coordinate standardization of processes and resolution of mutual concerns.
  • Schedules and coordinates material to ship to job site.
  • Oversee and ensure that all projects in the specific area are completed to forecast.
  • Oversees the Safety Program and ensures safety standards are met and maintained.
  • Assign field staffing to meet or exceed project timelines and budgets with the Director of Production.
  • Coordinate with Tools/Equipment Manager regarding tools and inventory for projects.
  • Manage Production and Field Staffing Team for a specific area; direct, coordinate and evaluate field staff.
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training of Field Staff and support staff.
  • Assist in development of training programs for Field Staffing to ensure company excellence.

The Superintendent communicates on a regular basis with the Project Manager and Subcontractor Divisions regarding projects, project timelines, and project startups and staffing required.## **WHAT YOU’LL DO:*** Meets on a regular basis with the Project Manager and subcontractors to co-ordinate the standardization of processes and resolution of mutual concerns.* Works with the Project Manager in the establishment of new hiring processes and procedures for field personnel.* Scheduling and coordination of material to ship to job site.* Oversee and ensure that all projects in specific area are completed to forecast.* Oversees the Safety Program and assures that all Safety Standards are being met and maintained.* Ensure that the Field Staff follow pertinent government regulations and contract documents.* Assign field staffing that will meet or exceed the project timelines and budgets in conjunction with the Director of Production.* Coordinate with the Tools/Equipment Manager regarding tools and inventory as required for projects.* Manages the Production and Field Staffing Team for a specific area.
