We’re looking for a collaborative Superintendent for our project team in Manhattan, NY who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should.
In this role you’ll work on projects that will enhance the lives of K-12 students! You’ll take the lead on developing and communicating the project work plan, monitor manpower and performance against that work plan, and be able to perform a detailed comparison of the design drawings against each other to ensure coordination between each of the various project trades. You'll manage daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Your ability to coordinate onsite work schedules with the client’s staff and manage multiple projects at a time will be critical to your success. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team.

The base salary range for this position is $104,000.00 to $130,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
