Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes throughout the Charleston and Lowcountry market. You will lead day-to-day construction from sitework through completion, coordinating with homeowners and design teams to ensure exceptional results.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors and field personnel, reading plans, maintaining schedules and ensuring safety, quality, and closeout readiness across luxury

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience.
• Background in custom, luxury or high-end residential construction.
• Experience managing ground-up custom homes.
• Strong knowledge of plans, specifications, scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners, architects and design teams.
• Charleston / Lowcountry experience preferred.
