Role Description

The Executive Project Superintendent is a full-time, on-site position located in Charleston County, SC. This role involves overseeing all aspects of luxury home construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction personnel, managing budgets, enforcing safety protocols, maintaining quality control, and coordinating with architects, designers, and subcontractors. The Superintendent will take a leadership role in day-to-day operations, problem-solving, and maintaining positive client relationships throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Supervisory Skills and managing diverse construction teams
• Knowledge of Commercial Construction processes and techniques
• Proficiency in Quality Control and ensuring adherence to high building standards
• Strong understanding of Construction Safety practices and regulations
• Ability to manage and monitor project Budgeting and cost control efficiently
• Proven track record in meeting deadlines and delivering projects within scope
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Familiarity with construction software and project management tools is a plus
• Licensing and certification in construction management or a related field is preferred
