About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced on site Construction Manager to build a 156 unit townhome project in Katy, Texas. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the construction of the land and buildings of a Build-to-Rent community in Houston. This is a unique opportunity to build projects from site development through final CO, horizontal to vertical construction.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, subcontractors and owners in order to foster an exceptional culture at the jobsite.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production home building, preferably with a successful track record at a larger, production home builder.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selecting and managing subcontractors
• Land / Civil construction experience
• Experience in middle-income or Build-To-Rent projects is a bonus
