About the Position :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced on-site Construction Manager to oversee the construction of a 156-unit townhome project in Katy, Texas. The individual will be responsible for managing the land development and building processes of a Build-to-Rent community in Houston. This is a unique opportunity to manage projects from site development through final Certificate of Occupancy (CO), covering horizontal and vertical construction phases.

Requirements :

1. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and owners to foster an exceptional culture at the jobsite.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in production home building, preferably with a successful track record at a larger, production home builder.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in selecting and managing subcontractors.
4. Experience in land development and civil construction.
5. Experience in middle-income or Build-To-Rent projects is a plus.
