Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial or ground-up construction.
• Experience delivering projects such as self-storage, light commercial, multifamily, or similar asset classes.
• Strong proficiency in scheduling tools.
• Proven ability to drive project timelines and hold teams accountable to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to documentation and paperwork.
• A team-oriented mindset with a modern, collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required (though projects are largely local).
