UTS BuildPros in Richardson, TX is hiring its first dedicated field superintendent to lead commercial projects from mobilization through closeout. You will manage day-to-day field operations, drive safety, coordinate subs, and ensure on-time delivery for projects ranging from $500K to $5M+.

The role requires OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and strong scheduling skills with MS Project or P6, plus experience with JobTread, Procore, and CompanyCam. Based in DFW with nationwide travel.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a superintendent with a commercial GC, or 5+ years as an assistant superintendent or foreman ready to step up.
• Public or K-12 experience is a plus, including bonded work and prevailing wage/certified payroll.
• OSHA 30 required; First Aid/CPR required; SWPPP a plus
• Strong scheduling skills (MS Project or P6) and comfort with construction software (JobTread, Procore, CompanyCam)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Based in DFW, with occasional travel nationwide

We’re growing fast and hiring our first dedicated field superintendent to lead projects from mobilization through closeout.

What You’ll Do

Pay and Benefits

• $75,000–$85,000base salary, depending on experience
