This leadership role involves ensuring safety, schedule adherence, quality, and coordination on all active job sites. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Oversee daily on-site operations for commercial projects
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct safety meetings and inspections
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
• Maintain logs, schedules, and quality control measures
• Lead site meetings and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Manage logistics, including equipment and material staging
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved while maintaining quality
• Resolve site conflicts and issues promptly and professionally
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy
• Assist with inspections, permits, and project closeout activities
• Represent Craft Construction professionally on and off-site

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and safety
• Proven leadership in managing large-scale projects and trades
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Experience with management tools like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; additional safety training is a plus
• Physical ability to perform on-site supervision and inspections
• Valid driver's license required
