Hagerman has established itself as The Construction Solutions Provider in the Fishers, Indiana market for large-scale Healthcare, K-12, and Institutional projects. Come join our team as a dedicated Superintendent managing day-to-day on-site operations of commercial construction projects.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience in scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance on complex projects in all phases.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum 9 years of progressive field construction experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
2. High level of technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities derived from construction or engineering training.
3. Proficiency in reading plans and specifications, with overall knowledge of the construction industry (mechanical, electrical, etc.).
4. Ability to understand project finances thoroughly.
5. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
6. Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
7. Valid driver’s license with insurable motor vehicle record.
8. Proficiency in software applications including PM software (Procore preferred), Microsoft Suite, and understanding of cost spreadsheets and reports.
9. Familiarity with contract administration, RFI, Schedule of Values, construction schedules, and related processes.
