Job description

Join a well-established Pacific Northwest general contractor and lead the field execution of large-scale civil and infrastructure projects throughout Southeast Alaska.

This role is built for a civil construction leader who understands how to move dirt, manage production, and coordinate the crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors required to deliver complex work valued at $20 million or more. You will oversee projects involving earthwork, grading, underground utilities, drainage, concrete, roadwork, and related site infrastructure from mobilization through closeout.

As the on-site civil leader, you will plan work sequences, track quantities and production, anticipate site and weather challenges, and keep field operations moving safely and efficiently. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on Superintendent who enjoys solving constructability challenges, leading self-perform and subcontracted work, and building durable infrastructure in a demanding Alaska environment.
