Job summary

International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) is seeking a Superintendent to oversee civil construction projects in North Atlanta and the surrounding Metro Atlanta area. The role requires leadership of site development, earthwork, utilities, roadway, or GDOT projects, with emphasis on delivering quality work safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating crews and subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with GDOT standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction, site development, utilities, earthwork, roadway or GDOT projects.
• Ability to lead field operations and crews.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Maintains safe, organized, and productive jobsite.

About the Role

A well-respected General Contractor is seeking a Superintendent to oversee civil construction projects throughout the North Atlanta and Metro Atlanta area.

This position is ideal for someone with experience leading site development, earthwork, utility, roadway, or GDOT projects who enjoys running jobs, developing crews, and delivering quality work safely and on schedule.
