The Illinois Education Job Bank is seeking a Superintendent to serve as the chief executive officer and provide professional and educational leadership to the school district.

The successful candidate must hold or be eligible for Illinois Superintendent licensure. The salary range is $190,000 to $230,000 with a comprehensive benefits package and multi-year contract contemplated under Illinois statutes.

Salary/Benefits

The Board expects to offer a salary in the range of $190,000-$230,000 and a competitive benefits package including sick days, flex days, vacation days, personal days, health insurance, dental/vision insurance, life insurance, TRS/THIS contributions, and professional membership dues. It is anticipated that the total compensation package will be based on successful experience and education. It is expected that the initial contract will be for a multi-year period, as authorized by Illinois statutes.
