Job summary
The Illinois Association of School Boards is seeking a qualified leader to serve as the district's superintendent. The superintendent is expected to be the chief executive officer and provide professional and educational leadership to the school district.
Qualifications include having or being eligible for Illinois Superintendent licensure. The Board offers a salary in the range of $110,000–$140,000 plus a competitive benefits package, with multi-year contract anticipated as allowed by Illinois

The Board expects to offer a salary in the range of $110,000-$140,000 and a competitive benefits package including sick days, vacation days, personal days, health insurance, life insurance, TRS/THIS contributions, professional membership dues. It is anticipated that the total compensation package will be based on successful experience and education. It is expected that the initial contract will be for a multi-year period, as authorized by Illinois statutes.
