Job summary

Valcourt is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects in Orlando, FL. You will manage field operations, crews, subcontractors, and site logistics to meet plans, specifications, and safety standards.

This graveyard shift role requires prior superintendent/foreman experience, OSHA 30, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics.
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, safety, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, general contractors, consultants, and engineers.
• Maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs, change orders, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, safety, and productivity
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, general contractors, consultants, and engineers

QualificationsQualifications:

• Previous Superintendent, General Foreman, Foreman, or similar field leadership experience required
• Commercial waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, or building-envelope experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Experience with scaffolding, aerial lifts, rigging, swing stages, and fall protection preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
