Job summary

VALCOURT EXTERIOR BUILDING SERVICES OF FLORIDA L C is hiring a Construction Superintendent for Orlando, FL to oversee commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects during the night shift.

You will manage daily field operations, crews, subcontractors, schedules, and safety, ensuring work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards. OSHA 30 is required; valid driver’s license; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Superintendent or foreman in commercial construction.
• Experience with waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, or building-envelope.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and manufacturer requirements.
• Monitor progress, safety, and productivity.
• Prepare daily reports and assist with RFIs, change orders, and closeout.

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, safety, and productivity
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, general contractors, consultants, and engineers
• Maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs, change orders, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
• Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements

QualificationsQualifications:

• Previous Superintendent, General Foreman, Foreman, or similar field leadership experience required
• Commercial waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, or building-envelope experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Experience with scaffolding, aerial lifts, rigging, swing stages, and fall protection preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
