Job Summary: Performs day-to-day supervisory of personnel (internal and third-party contractors) to include selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation. Interacts directly with customer representatives. Forecasts for manpower, materials, and services that are required for completion of project(s). Makes frequent on-site inspections to ensure operations conform to plans, and are being carried out safely, efficiently, and economically. Handles special projects, as assigned.
