Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on a major warehouse project. You will oversee site activities, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years in superintendent roles, a solid grasp of building codes and OSHA guidelines, and proven ability to deliver on time and within budget. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhering to the highest safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction planning, safety management, subcontractor management, building codes, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications to ensure the project is built according to the approved design.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance by scheduling and coordinating tasks efficiently.

• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in a construction superintendent role.

• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Solid understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Proficiency in construction project management software.
• Excellent knowledge of construction material and equipment.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Superior knowledge of building codes, safety laws, and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
