Samet seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead large-scale construction projects with a focus on LEAN and LEED standards. The role emphasizes proactive schedule management, strong subcontractor partnerships, rigorous QA/QC practices, and safety leadership across Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, and other sectors.

Based in Greensboro, NC with a multi-site footprint in the Carolinas and surrounding states, the team values teamwork, continuous improvement, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Superintendent.
• Strong understanding of LEAN construction practices and LEED Green Building requirements.
• Team-oriented leadership style with ability to develop relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Willingness to embrace new approaches, methodologies, and tools.
