The primary goal is to develop strong field leadership skills, deepen technical expertise, and demonstrate readiness for supervisory advancement through initiative, mentorship, safety advocacy, and consistent project delivery. Success in this role requires proven technical proficiency, strong communication, reliability, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to team development and project excellence.
