Luminate Partners is seeking an experienced Travelling Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial, mission-critical and data centre projects across the USA. You will oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule and to exacting standards.

This role offers ESOP, per diem, travel and accommodation coverage, and long-term project backlog with opportunities for career progression within a respected General Contractor.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience required.
• Strong experience delivering industrial, mission-critical or data centre projects.
• Previous experience working for a General Contractor.
• Strong subcontractor and field management experience.
• Solid understanding of schedules, safety and quality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on projects across the USA.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure projects are delivered safely and to high standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain a strong focus on site safety and quality.

• Lead site meetings and daily coordination.
• Identify and resolve construction issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to specification.

We are currently working with a leading General Contractor with a strong pipeline of work and an exceptional backlog of major projects, offering experienced Superintendents the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting construction projects across the USA.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a travelling Superintendent to take ownership of major ground-up industrial, mission critical and data centre projects, working alongside experienced project teams, leading subcontractors and some of the industry's most recognised owners and developers.

The Role

As a Travelling Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily site operations and field activities
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel
• Managing project schedules and ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Maintaining a strong focus on site safety and quality
• Coordinating with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients and design teams
• Reviewing plans, drawings and specifications
• Leading site meetings and daily coordination
• Identifying and resolving construction issues
• Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to specification
• Providing leadership and direction to field teams throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

We are keen to speak with experienced Superintendents who have:

• 7+ years of construction experience
• Strong experience delivering industrial, mission critical or data centre projects
• Previous experience working for a General Contractor
• Strong subcontractor and field management experience
• A strong understanding of construction schedules, safety and quality
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to manage complex, fast-paced construction environments
• Willingness to travel and work on projects across the USA
