Job summary

Zohorecruit seeks an experienced Superintendent to oversee hospitality construction projects in the DFW area. You will lead all field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure schedules, safety, and quality are met from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial construction supervision with ground-up or major renovations experience in hospitality. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in a design-build environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction field supervision.
• Experience with hotel, hospitality, or similar commercial projects preferred.
• Ground-up construction and/or major renovations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction operations from project start through completion.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Maintain and enforce project schedules and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams.
• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress updates.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field challenges and conflicts.
