Job summary

GH Engage is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on a diverse portfolio across Connecticut & Westchester County. You will coordinate subcontractors, read drawings, manage schedules, and uphold safety, quality and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accountability on the job site, and close collaboration with the Project Manager and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes on multiple project types.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Project Superintendent / Superintendent with a GC or Construction Manager.
• Strong experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Solid understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing and site logistics.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach and ownership of a project site.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and schedule.
• Experience across commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, senior living, hospitality or institutional construction would be relevant.

Responsibilities

An established and well-regarded General Contractor / Construction Management firm is looking to add an experienced Project Superintendent to its team.

With a strong reputation across the region and a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, healthcare, education, multifamily, senior living, hospitality and institutional construction, the company has a strong pipeline of projects across Connecticut and Westchester County.

This is an opportunity to join a stable contractor and take genuine ownership of projects from the field.

As Project Superintendent, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day field operations of assigned projects, working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, architects, clients and wider project team.

Your responsibilities will include:
