Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities and ensure project success across multiple heavy civil sites. You will supervise scheduling, resources, and quality control while coordinating with PMs, subcontractors, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in construction/heavy civil, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while adhering to safety standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college/vocational education preferred.
• 7+ years of construction/heavy civil experience including superintendent or foreman roles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational education preferred
• 7+ years of experience in construction and heavy civil industry, including superintendent or foreman experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
