Job summary

Appleton Finn is partnering with a respected national G/C to fill a Superintendent role in Seattle, WA. You will be the primary on-site liaison, directing field operations, maintaining the schedule, and ensuring top-tier workmanship while representing the firm professionally.

Requirements include 8+ years of Class A TI superintendent experience, Procore and Bluebeam proficiency, and strong communication, organizational, and safety skills. Valid driver's license is required.

• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Professional presentation and conduct as a representative of the company.
• Valid driver's licence required.

• Establish and maintain the construction schedule, identifying and resolving issues proactively

• Order materials and coordinate all necessary inspections

About the Role

As Superintendent you will be the primary point of contact on the jobsite - the central link between the client, building management, project teams, and subcontractors. You will direct all field operations from start through final punch list, maintain the construction schedule, uphold the highest standards of workmanship, and represent the company professionally at every stage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $140,000 - $165,000 depending on experience
