Job summary

AllSourceCo. in California seeks a superintendent to lead field operations onsite, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule through effective communication with owners and project teams.

The ideal candidate will manage daily field operations, coordinate manpower and subcontractors, and drive issue resolution to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades on tenant improvement, interiors, finishes, and/or commercial renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods; reading plans, specifications, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence on the jobsite.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to align with project objectives.
• Mentor field personnel and help develop future leaders.

PositionSummary

TheSuperintendentleadsallfieldoperationsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle—safety,quality,schedule,subcontractorcoordination,clientrelationships,andexecution—whileservingasthefaceofAllSourceCo.onsite.Theidealcandidateisorganized,proactive,highlycommunicative,andtakesprideindeliveringprojectstherightway.

CoreResponsibilities

Leadership&TeamBuilding

• Establishandmaintainacultureofaccountability,teamwork,andexcellenceonthejobsite.
• Coordinateandmanagesubcontractorstoensurealignmentwithprojectobjectives.

ProjectExecution

• Managedailyfieldoperationsfrommobilizationthroughcloseout.
• Developandmaintainprojectschedules,coordinatemanpower,equipment,materials,andsubcontractors.
• Proactivelyidentifyandresolveissuesbeforetheyimpactscheduleorbudget.

Client&Communication

• Serveastheprimaryfieldcontactforowners,tenants,architects,andprojectteams.
• Provideclear,timelyprogresscommunicationandbuildtrustthroughresponsiveness.
• Runprojectmeetingsandmaintainaccuratedocumentation.

QualityControl

• Ensureworkmeetsprojectspecificationsandcompanystandardsthroughongoinginspectionsandpunchlistmanagement.
• Identifydeficienciesearlyanddrivecorrectiveaction.

Safety

• Championaculturewheresafetyisnon-negotiable;runregularsafetymeetingsandinspections.
• EnsureOSHAcomplianceandaddressunsafeconditionsimmediately.

Documentation&Administration

• Maintaindailyreports,trackschedule/fieldprogress,andcoordinateinspectionsandapprovals.
• Assistwithprojectcloseoutdocumentationandturnover.

Qualifications

• 5+yearsofcommercialconstructionsuperintendentexperience.
• Experiencemanagingmultiplesubcontractortradesontenantimprovement,interiors,finishes,and/orcommercialrenovationprojects.
• Strongunderstandingofcommercialconstructionmeansandmethods;abletoreadandinterpretplans,specifications,andschedules.
• WorkingknowledgeofProcore,Bluebeam,MSProject,MSOffice.
• Excellentcommunicationandorganizationalskills.
• Validdriver'slicense.

• Comfortableworkingonactiveconstructionsites(adaptabletodifferentkindsofweatherconditionsandmoderatetoloudnoiselevels,andcomfortableworkinginelevatedorconfinedspaces).
