All Source Co. seeks a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on tenant improvement and commercial renovation projects in the San Diego area.

The ideal candidate will manage safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractors, while serving as the on-site face of All Source Co. and maintaining clear client communications.

You will mentor field personnel, enforce OSHA standards, and ensure delivery of projects on-time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades on tenant improvement or commercial renovation.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and schedules.
• Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead field operations from mobilization to closeout, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors to meet schedules and project objectives.

Position Summary

The Superintendent leads all field operations throughout the project lifecycle — safety, quality, schedule, subcontractor coordination, client relationships, and execution — while serving as the face of All Source Co. onsite. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, highly communicative, and takes pride in delivering projects the right way.

Core Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Building

• Establish and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence on the jobsite.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Mentor field personnel and help develop future leaders.

Project Execution

• Manage daily field operations from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget.

Client & Communication

• Serve as the primary field contact for owners, tenants, architects, and project teams.
• Provide clear, timely progress communication and build trust through responsiveness.
• Run project meetings and maintain accurate documentation.

Quality Control

• Ensure work meets project specifications and company standards through ongoing inspections and punch list management.
• Identify deficiencies early and drive corrective action.

Safety

• Champion a culture where safety is non-negotiable; run regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and address unsafe conditions immediately.

Documentation & Administration

• Maintain daily reports, track schedule/field progress, and coordinate inspections and approvals.
• Assist with project closeout documentation and turnover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades on tenant improvement, interiors, finishes, and/or commercial renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods; able to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working on active construction sites (adaptable to different kinds of weather conditions and moderate to loud noise levels, and comfortable working in elevated or confined spaces).
• Frequent stand and walk
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Extended visual use of a computer screen
• Travel to job sites
