Job summary

MMG is seeking a seasoned Superintendent in Salt Lake City, Utah, to lead multifamily construction on site. The role requires coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety, and driving progress in line with project milestones.

As the on-site leader, you will partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contracts and project plans, and mentor the crew to deliver high-quality results on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily construction.
• Podium & wrap experience preferred.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

MMG is working with a National Multifamily Developer/General Contractor currently seeking a Superintendent. This position will report to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interacting with subcontractors
• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time
