Job summary

Hill & Wilkinson is seeking experienced Superintendents to join our team in delivering complex construction projects from ground-up to punch list. As a Superintendent, you will manage field operations, coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors and internal staff to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in coordinating multiple trades, enforcing safety rules, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a construction superintendent.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and trades.
• Knowledge of safety rules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations and project scheduling from dirt work to punch list.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors and internal staff.
• Enforce safety rules and quality control programs on site.
• Inspect progress and ensure conformance to contract documents and plans.

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Superintendents to join the H&W team who share the same vision, values and goals. H&W Superintendents maintain and grow successful relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors and internal staff. H&W Superintendents are responsible for the successful execution and timely completion of all construction project phases from dirt work to the punch list and all activities in between including, but not limited to, scheduling, conducting subcontractor and owner/architect meetings, enforcing all corporate safety rules and regulations, driving the quality control program and inspecting work in progress to ensure quality workmanship and conformity to contract documents and plan specifications.
