Job summary

Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors in Fort Worth, TX seeks experienced Superintendents to join the team. Superintendents maintain and grow relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors and internal staff to drive project success.

You will oversee construction activities from dirt work to punch list, coordinate meetings, enforce safety rules, manage scheduling, and ensure workmanship conforms to contract documents and plans.

Qualifications

• Experienced Superintendents to join the team.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors and internal staff.
• Oversee construction activities from dirt work to punch list and all activities in between.
• Coordinate subcontractor and owner/architect meetings and manage scheduling.
• Enforce corporate safety rules and regulations and drive the quality control program.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure quality workmanship and conformity to contract documents and plan specifications.

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Superintendents to join the H&W team who share the same vision, values and goals. H&W Superintendents maintain and grow successful relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors and internal staff. H&W Superintendents are responsible for the successful execution and timely completion of all construction project phases from dirt work to the punch list and all activities in between including, but not limited to, scheduling, conducting subcontractor and owner/architect meetings, enforcing all corporate safety rules and regulations, driving the quality control program and inspecting work in progress to ensure quality workmanship and conformity to contract documents and plan specifications.
