Job summary

Harper Electric seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction on commercial projects. You will provide field leadership, coordinate manpower and materials, and maintain project schedules in line with Harper Electric standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial electrical construction, proven leadership, and strong knowledge of electrical plans, safety requirements, and construction management software. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• Experience as Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Lead Foreman preferred.
• Ability to read electrical plans, specifications, and one-line diagrams.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety requirements and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership and coordinate manpower and materials.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to plans and Harper Electric standards.
• Oversee safety, quality, and coordination among trades on the jobsite.

Harper Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and coordinate electrical construction activities on commercial projects. The Electrical Superintendent will be responsible for providing field leadership, coordinating manpower and materials, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans, specifications, and Harper Electric standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience preferred.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or Lead Foreman preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and one-line diagrams.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety requirements and OSHA standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively with field employees, management, customers, and other trades.
• Proficiency with computers, smartphones/tablets, and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
