Job summary

Harper Electric seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and coordinate electrical construction activities on commercial projects. You will provide field leadership, coordinate manpower and materials, and maintain project schedules while upholding Harper Electric standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial electrical construction, strong plan-reading skills, and a proven ability to lead teams safely in a fast-moving jobsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and one-line diagrams.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety requirements and OSHA standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficiency with computers, smartphones/tablets, and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
