Infinite Consulting Corp in Montauk, NY is seeking a Superintendent to lead the $15 million clubhouse renovation, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in commercial construction and strong leadership, with exposure to occupied renovations and coordination of demolition, concrete, waterproofing, and interior fit-out.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial construction or major renovation projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise multiple subcontractors and field personnel.
• Extensive experience with commercial renovation and occupied construction projects.
• Experience coordinating demolition, structural concrete, waterproofing, precast concrete installation, and interior fit-out work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day field operations for the $15 million clubhouse renovation, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors performing demolition, structural concrete, waterproofing, precast panel installation, MEP, IT, and interior renovation work to maintain an efficient construction sequence.
• Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules, monitor project progress, and proactively identify and resolve field issues that could impact the construction schedule.
• Enforce site safety requirements by conducting regular safety meetings, inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Compensation Range: $55 - $70/hour

• About the Role: We are seeking a Superintendent (The project has completed the design phase and is preparing to enter construction.
• Duration is approximately 13–14 months.
• Expected to start by end of October'2026
