Job summary

Fit Recruiting is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial flooring installation projects and field crews. The ideal candidate has a strong hands-on background in tile installation and can keep jobs moving, maintain quality workmanship, and lead installers effectively in the field.

The position is paying in the $90K range depending on experience. This role requires coordinating crews, materials, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and schedule adherence on site.

Qualifications

• Strong tile installation experience is required.
• Knowledge of tile setting, layouts, substrates, prep work, waterproofing, grouting, and proper installation techniques.
• Experience leading crews or supervising commercial flooring projects is strongly preferred.
