• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor teams to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with builders to address project needs and updates.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Implement best practices in construction management to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Resolve on-site issues or conflicts promptly to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all materials and equipment are available and in good working condition.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the residential concrete construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
