Job summary

MPI seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on a large-scale mixed-use development in South Florida. Based in Miami, you will manage day-to-day field activities, coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel, and drive safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years with a commercial general contractor, a proven track record delivering mixed-use and hospitality projects, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience delivering mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and sequencing.
• Ability to lead multiple trades and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Experience in the Miami market.
