Job summary

Ardith Rademacher & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead a major commercial project in the Manhattan / Salina market.

You will oversee day-to-day field operations and drive safety, quality, and schedule performance on site. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of commercial construction field experience, superintendent experience with a GC, and strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.
