Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a construction superintendent role with large-scale projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and multi-project leadership.
• PM certification would be an advantage.
• Strong safety commitment and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing schedules and budgets and meeting deadlines.
• Ensure work complies with safety and quality standards, regulations, and specs.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to maintain high quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement project strategies, including risk and communication plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety and quality.
• Resolve issues during construction by liaising with stakeholders as needed.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a positive, productive environment emphasizing teamwork and continuous improvement.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that everything is executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities:
