Job summary

Hadco Construction in Lehi, UT is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee all aspects of site development, including grading, roads, utilities, and heavy civil construction.

You will lead multiple crews, coordinate with owners and engineers, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. A strong knowledge of earthwork and drainage is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, grading, or roadwork.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing crews.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with employees, owners, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software, spreadsheets, and email communication.
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, drainage, and utility installation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and schedules.
• OSHA safety knowledge required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project records, including labor hours, equipment use, and progress reports.
• Use construction management software, spreadsheets, and email to track schedules and documentation.
