Okler Roofing is hiring a Superintendent to run field production across multiple active job sites. You will oversee crews, sequencing, materials, equipment, and safety, ensuring quality and timeliness on every project.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractor work orders, documenting progress with photos, and maintaining homeowner relationships while upholding safety standards on site.

Competenze

• 5+ years residential roofing production experience.
• 0
• 2+ years leading crews as foreman, lead, or superintendent.
• Able to run three or more job sites in a day.
• Experience directing subcontractor crews to a written standard.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and CRM.
• Able to read a job budget and account for hours and waste.
• Able to climb ladders and inspect roofs throughout the day.

Okler Roofing installs lifetime roofing systems across the U.P. and northern Wisconsin. We're hiring a Superintendent to run field production.

What you run

• Crews across multiple active job sites
• Sequencing, staging, materials, equipment, access, property protection, cleanup
• The schedule, 7 to 14 days out, not tomorrow morning
• Labor hours and material waste against job estimate
• Quality inspection and acceptance at tear-off, deck, dry-in, and finish
• Photo documentation on every job, every gate, same day
• Subcontractor paperwork; agreements, notices to proceed, insurance certificates
• The homeowner relationship on every job you touch
• Safety. If it isn't safe, you stop the job. No argument, no approval needed.

What you need

• 5+ years residential roofing production
• 2+ years leading crews — foreman, lead, or superintendent
• Able to run three or more job sites in a day
• Experience directing subcontractor crews to a written standard
• Comfortable on a smartphone and in a CRM — daily photos, checklists, job records
• Able to read a job budget and account for hours and waste
• Able to climb ladders and walk roof surfaces to inspect work throughout the dayAble to work outdoors in U.P. weather
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• OSHA 10 or 30
• manufacturer certification (CertainTeed, GAF, Owens Corning)
• conversational Spanish
• experience with COIs and change orders

What we pay and provide

• $30.00 – $48.00 per hour, based on experience and span of control
• Year-round work — we do not lay off field leadership in the winter
• Company vehicle during work hours
• Structured superintendent training program and a written 90-day ramp

• 2+ years leading crews
• valid driver's license
• comfortable on a phone and in a CRM.
