Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Residential Roofing Superintendent to oversee all phases of residential roof projects in the Naperville area.

You will lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and code compliance, and maintain schedules and records to deliver high-quality results. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory roofing experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with construction management software.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques and safety practices.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.

As a Residential Roofing Superintendent, you will oversee and manage all aspects of our residential roofing projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong background in residential roofing and proven experience in a supervisory capacity.
