Job summary

Renewyx LLC seeks an IDOT Superintendent (Structures) for Chicagoland, Illinois, leading bridge projects in the field from mobilization to closeout. The role requires directing crews and subs, driving schedules, and maintaining safety, quality, and IDOT compliance.

The ideal candidate has superintendent or senior foreman experience in heavy civil projects, with bridge/structures expertise and a proven ability to work to DOT specifications and inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience leading heavy civil projects as a superintendent or senior foreman.
• Bridge/structures experience including foundations, substructure, decks, and cast-in-place concrete.
• Ability to work to state DOT specifications and inspections.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience running self-perform crews in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations from mobilization to project closeout.
• Lead crews and subcontractors, drive the schedule, and ensure safety, quality, and IDOT documentation.

IDOT bridge work. Heavy concrete. A field team that needs a true structures lead, not a building super.

Run the job in the field from mobilization to closeout. Lead crews and subs, drive the schedule, and keep safety, quality and IDOT documentation tight.

• Superintendent or senior foreman experience on heavy civil projects
• Bridge or structures work: foundations, substructure, decks, cast-in-place concrete
• Confidence working to state DOT specs and inspection
• OSHA 30
• Experience running self-perform crews
• $150k + bonus
