The Walsh Group is seeking a Project Superintendent for the Building division in North Carolina. You will own field operations, develop schedules, manage subcontractors, and drive safety and quality on site.

This role requires strong leadership to keep projects on time and on budget while coordinating cost control, risk mitigation, and daily timekeeping. Relocation may be required for some assignments; the company fosters a family-owned feel with the backing of a large, technologically advanced

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ years of construction supervision or related experience.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, documentation and communication.
• Some roles may require relocation to project site.

Responsabilités

• Overall management of field operations.
• Create and manage project schedule.
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Establish budgets and controlling cost.
• Identify causes of cost variances and mitigate them.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation.
• Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs and OSHA standards.
• Maintain site cleanliness and organization.
• Prepare daily time cards and logs.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of field operations
• Create and manage project schedule
• Coordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
• Establishing budgets and controlling cost
• Identify the causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances
• Identify project risk, and work to mitigate it
• Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections
• Follows company safety program, laws, and OSHA operating standards
• Manages jobsite cleanliness
• Prepares daily time cards for personnel under supervisionPrepares daily logs

Qualifications
